This position is an administrative professional position in the teaching and clinical practice of Pediatrics,
Division of Genetics. All clinical services will be provided within the scope of the Collaborative
Agreement between the incumbent and the Genetic physician(s).

Read the Position Description

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program
  • Received passing score on national certifying exam
  • Ability to be licensed in the State of Illinois as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Sensitive to the needs of underrepresented minority populations
  • Two or more years of experience in Pediatrics and/or Genetics
  • Experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in an outpatient clinic.
  • Experience in caring for underserved populations
  • Experience or interest in genetic disorders
