3. Eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois
4. Demonstrated potential, interest, and/or ability for effectiveness in teaching, service, and/or research

6. Board eligible for certification in Pediatric Pulmonology by the American Board of Pediatrics

• Licensed in the State of Illinois
