This position assists patients of the Mediciation Assisted Recovery clinic with their medical, behavorial, social, educational, and other supports to meet the individual basic needs. This position must provide services that are patient centered, individualized and culturally and linguistically appropriate to meet the individual’s needs.

Salary: $3,308.18/month

A.  college course work comparable to that leading to a major in social work or one of the social or behavioral sciences or closely related field as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:

• 30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months)
• Associate’s Degree (60 semester hours) equals eighteen months (18 months)
• 90 semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months)
• Bachelor’s Degree (120 semester hours) equals three (3) years (36 months)

B.  progressively responsible social service/counseling work experience at a paraprofessional level under qualified supervision
