Civil Service Title: Nursing Consultant

The position is a Nurse Home Visitor in the Office of Community Care for the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) program. The NFP is a nurse home visitation program for first-time mothers and their children through age 2. Primary duties are to provide home visits to women and their families eligible for the NFP program.

Salary: $4,926.38/month

Sign-On Bonus: Now offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year employment commitment for candidates identified for hire before June 30th!

1)  Licensed as a registered professional nurse in the State of Illinois; AND

2)  Bachelor’s degree; AND

3)  2 years of public health or specialized nursing experience

Condition of Employment:  Pursuant to the State Universities Civil Service System, an out-of-state resident who is hired into this position must establish Illinois residency within 180 calendar days of their start date.
