Overview:  Employees in this title typically perform specialized secretarial support as the personal assistant to one or more principals of an organization, working independently with an in-depth knowledge of programs and policies of the unit and proficiency in operating computer systems utilizing a variety of complex office software packages.  (Functional Title:  Staff Secretary)
