Under the general administration of the Medical Director of the General Internal Medicine Clinic,
the incumbent in this position is responsible for providing education and counseling to patients in
the General Internal Medicine ambulatory clinics.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Masters of Social Work from an accredited college or university.

2. Current valid license by the State of Illinois as a licensed clinical social worker.

3. Sensitive to the needs of underrepresented minority populations.

Desired Qualifications:

Preference given to experince in a medical setting or FQHC.
